Email Filter Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where do I go to update my email filter settings?
A: Go to the email filter settings tab or http://www.integrity.com/customer_mail_login.php. You must have your email passcode to enter this site. You set this passcode when you originally set up your service.

Q: How do I allow mail from certain email addresses to bypass the email filter?
A: Integrity Online's email filter gives the user the ability to allow and deny receipt of email from any specific email addresses, no matter what setting you have for your filter. To do this, log into your email settings and fill in the "Add New Email Address" text box. Once you have entered the email address, click on either "Allow" or "Deny", and then click the "Add New Email Address" button. Now that email address is added to the allow/deny list.

Q: How do I change/remove email addresses from the allow/deny list?
A: Log into your email settings and find the address that you wish to edit or remove from your list. Once you have found the appropriate address, click on the desired action to the right of the address. This will either let you make the changes you need to the email address or remove the email address from your list.

Q: How do I adjust my "email filter settings"?
A: Log into your email settings page and select from the dropdown list in the email filter scale and select the appropriate level for you. We recommend a level of "8." Once you have selected your setting, click the "update settings" button. That's it!

Q: Where do emails and spam that have been filtered go?
A: Once an email gets tagged as spam, it is placed in a "junkmail" folder viewable in webmail. We recommend that you check this folder periodically to make sure that no valid mail is getting labeled as spam. If there is email that you do not wish to be marked as spam in your junkmail folder you have two options. You may either increase your spam score or add the user to the allow list.
